How can you build a snowman without snow?
The answer is easier than you would imagine! We were very creative this past December 10th during our Papyrus Winterfest! The theme was all about snowmen. We used paper, glue, paint, and stickers. We even built snowmen out of tube socks and rice!
The spirit of Christmas was alive and the children's eyes gleamed as they heard the familiar story of the coming of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
We sang Christmas carols by the fire and parents sipped hot chocolate while their children ripped open gifts in exuberant celebration!
What a time we had here at Pioneer. I thank God for revealing to me -- yet again -- how marvelous it is to be in the presence of love and mercy.
